Wine & Cocktails
Bouchon’s Vin de Carafe program highlights prominent vintners from California and France, offering selections of wine for the restaurant at a great value. Guests can also experience unique French varietals and Napa Valley’s reserve wines by the glass with our Coravin program. And with Miami’s warm climate in mind, a variety of Champagnes, White Burgundies and Rosés will be offered year-round.
The cocktail program elevates classic cocktails using French spirits perfect for apéro hour or post-dinner libations. Our cocktail list includes traditional favorites with a French twist, like the French 75, Bijou, St. Germain Spritz and Boulevardier.
CORKAGE
Our sommeliers are happy to open any special bottles you may bring that are not currently represented on our wine list. Corkage is $75 per bottle. Maximum of 3 bottles.
