About the Wine Program
Our wine program is characterized by the breadth and depth of its offerings. On our wine list, you’ll find bottles from all of the world’s major grape-growing regions. Within each region we feature the most famous producers, hard-to-get cult wines and also some little-known gems. Each one of these bottles tells the distinctive story of its origins—the soil, the winemaker, the style, the grape, the vintage—and is selected for how those characteristics distinguish it from other wines on the list. And because the tasting menu at the restaurant changes daily, our sommeliers have the opportunity to open these singular wines with food that is uniquely suited to them.
Guests are welcome to bring their own wine; however, there will be a fee of $200 for each 750ml bottle with a limit of one bottle for every two guests at the table. Unfortunately, we do not allow corkage in The Board Room or the Private Dining Room.
